"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. "A lovely character hotel with a lovely feel about it . A great room . Lovely friendly staff. The breakfast was good and a great location to Lake Geneva and only an 8 minute walk from the main train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to come to Montreux. "
