Our stay was great! The rooms were spacious and very clean! There was even has a back patio with a table and chairs. The interior courtyard was cute and I liked that our room was right off of the courtyard.They provided towels for the beach which was very nice. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this hotel! The owners offered us help in so many ways, such as recommending us a bilingual tour guide and even lending their phones to contact the coordinator, undertaking laundry and boxing breakfasts when we had to go out early in the morning. The property was very clean and the housekeeper even washed our cooking equipment left in the kitchen. The breakfast was delicious and professional. They also helped us transport our luggage to the next hotel when we were out on a tour. It is about a 7-10 minute walk from the city center. I highly recommend this hotel!

Staff was amazing. Very helpful and wanted to make sure your needs were met. Always hot showers and good working air conditioning. Appreciated the water in the lobby to refill bottles and they even put a jug in each room too. Location was a bit outside the central area but we always walked it, even in dark and it was safe. It was only like a 10 - 15 minute walk. We took a cab from the ferry with our luggage and it was only $2. They booked us a cab to go to the airport ferry for us. Very prompt in responding to emails and I had a lot of questions so very patient too!

Note that this review is based on a father and 5yr old son travelling in the Galapagos Islands. We booked several nights here and it was one of the best choices we made. The hosts helped us on numerous occasions with advice, guidance, collected us from the ferry, and booked our taxi for the airport. The room provided was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and firm which was just what we needed upon our return from our daily tours. It is not far from the seafront and main street. There is a laundry on the corner, which was very convenient, and a lot of local shops, and nice cafes down the road. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay.

The hotel is in a nice quiet residential neighborhood, yet very walkable to restaurants and shops. The wifi was fast and dependable. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well which was welcome each day after a day out. We chose not to spend the additional $8 a day for breakfast. The room was very clean! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing lacking was guidance on places worth visiting while on the island of Santa Cruz, although a recommendation was made by Julio for a travel agent we could contact. Overall, Hotel Palace is a great place to stay.
