Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything in Puerto Ayora and especially the port docks from where all excursions start. It was very nice, clean, comfortable, spacious, offered great breakfast with a view of the port, nice bar + swimming pool area.

The property is beautiful. Close to restaurants, travel agencies, pharmacy, stores. Walking distance to the docks and convenience stores. Service was outstanding, food was amazing, rooms were impecable and staff was so nice and friendly. Will definitely recommend and can’t wait to return soon!

I will start with the amazing staff always there to help you, property is safe and in a great location. Rooms are comfortable but internet signal around of property is very little. Breakfast buffet is very tasty and delicious.

Ikala was the perfect hotel for my stay in Puerto Ayora. It’s two blocks from the pier, close to all the tour guide offices, close to all the restaurants and shopping. As a single female, I felt safe and well cared for. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. There’s a great restaurant with a view, pool and bar. The front desk spoke English which I was grateful for since I don’t speak Spanish. I will definitely stay here again as I plan to go back as soon as possible.
