Got a room without either because the room we paid for was not available until the last day of our 4 day stay! "Typically I would read reviews of others experience, it just so happened that in this case I did not, as the pictures looked so satisfying. My actual experience was far from this. I arrived to the hotel after a late night flight, the first staff member was helpful in getting me checked in. "Room was clean, Staff was efficient, apartment was adequate with plenty of sleeping space. Nice reasonably priced accomodation. Only down sides; no hot water so (ducha fria), and air conditioner was only in the bedroom. We had a nice stay regardless. Thank you."
