"This is not a 4 star hotel not even 2, has roaches, not water heater , not a fridge and when a went to ask at front desk. The guy almost laugh in my face. Is too expensive for the uncomfortable beds . They are hard as a rock "

Got a room without either because the room we paid for was not available until the last day of our 4 day stay! Have requested refund of cost difference between the two rooms, but haven"t received anything yet. Breakfast was pretty bad and service was slow (nearly 30 min to get a cup of coffee the first day!).
