"I want to tell you every incredible detail about Boutique Hotel Petit Paris...but I also want to keep it a secret!
Our first experience was the most warm, welcoming greeting from Erika on the reception desk. The hotel smelt amazing at all times and was kept spotlessly clean inside and outside. There is a definite spa, calming and tranquil vibe, with outstanding facilities. Our room was immaculate-very comfortable beds, mini frigde, safe, kettle and complimentary water and chocolates on arrival. The bathroom was gorgeous with high end fixtures and fittings (my husband is a plumber!) Sumptuous towels, baths robes, slippers and toiletries were waiting for us!
Buffet breakfast was delicious, plentiful and varied. With a selection of hot and cold food and the option of a fresh omelette made to order by the chef. Lovely coffee, juices and fresh bread and pastries were on offer, as well as tasty gluten free options.
The pool area, hot tubs, salt water indoor pool and gym are all available to guests and again, are kept immaculate. Pool towels are available free of charge and can be changed daily.
The bar is a perfect area at the front of the hotel. The artwork, lamps and furniture compliment the theme that runs throughout the hotel.
All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
For the last day :( luggage storage is available along with shower facilities. The location is perfect, a few roads back from the beach, in a quiet residential area.

"We made the most of the 24hour shuttle service offered by the hotel. It was value for money compared to external transfer services but sadly, the transfer wasn't waiting for us when we came through arrivals hall. We had to chase with the company. When he did arrive he drove us to what we thought was the hotel and drop us off, telling us to walk just around the corner. Unfortunately this was the wrong hotel, a very similar name so we then had to organise a taxi to take us to the correct hotel. I did tell our hotel about this mix-up and the transfer co. gave us a discount for our return home.
Anyone that stays at this hotel should note it is called the EU Bahia Hotel Pollensa, NOT the Bahia Hotel Pollensa which is situated closer to the Port on the Waters edge.
The hotel was extremely clean and well presented.
I was however shocked that they provided us with a kettle and cups and saucers but no tea bags or milk to make a tea.
We had a Breakfast package which was good and enjoyed having hot and cold food available at the beginning of each day. I was however disappointed that part of my booking was suppose to include a bottle of wine on arrival. This never appeared through the whole of our 4 day stay. As I was ill whilst staying at the hotel I didn't have the energy to chase this and just wanted to note it as a disappointment.
The reception desk was very helpful with booking taxis for us and giving us advise on where to visit.

"My one complaint of this property was that the climate control in my room was fidgety. Even though it was cold in my room at night, if I tried to turn the heat up to a certain temperature, it would automatically switch to aircon instead of heat. The opposite of what I wanted! So there were some nights I was trying to get the place nice and cozy, but couldn’t because of this.
Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. Relatively well located, not far from the beaches of Pollença (walking distance), and I love aparthotels that have kitchenware that you can cook with. Helps me save on the cost of going out and things like that which I try and avoid or at least keep to a minimum when on vacation.

"The Flora Aparthotel was in an ideal location in Puerto Polenca, whilst not on the beach it was only a 2 minute walk to the beach and harbour. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to extend our stay by a further 4 nights. We were booked on bed and breakfast terms and the buffet breakfast buffet offered a wide range of good quality dishes and exceptional value for money. The hotel were apparently having problems in the kitchens and the restaurant was normally closed in the evenings, however, there was a large group staying for part of our stay and they were on half board terms so there was an evening buffet available which we enjoyed on 2 nights; again this offered excellent food and excellent value for money. The overall facilities in the hotel were very good.
In summary, the hotel was excellent with very friendly and helpful staff and exceptional value for money in every respect. I am certainly looking at booking again for next year."
"Excellent accommodations with amazing facilities to use. The staff were extremely accommodating and we were very pleased. Definitely would stay here again!"
