"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! "Very nice apartment close to the lake of Como. The apartment is clean, very spaceous and all you need from cleaning tabs and coffee machine to extra pillows and diverse equipment etc were included. We received a bottle of wine as welcome gift as well. Nice gesture from the landlord who is really nice and always helpful. There were also a few toys fir the kids in the apartment and a ball to play outside the door in a lovely small garden. "

"Die Unterkunft war schön und geräumig mit kleinem Garten und toller Aussicht. Allerdings sollte man vorher die Abmaße seines Fahrzeugs checken, ob die Zufahrtsstraße groß genug ist! "This is a grand palatial hotel, it’s very beautiful sat right at the top of a large hill. In its day it would have been an amazing place to stay. Now a tad dated but still a lovely place to stay. All the staff are friendly, very professional and generous. I had a corner room with a small balcony and superb view of lake Varese. My room was big and the bathroom clean. The only difficult part if you stay a while and plan to eat out (rather than in the grand restaurant) is that there’s no easy way to walk down into Varese so you need to drive there or get a taxi. "
