"This is an older building that is very well maintained. A walking path is located behind the building that leads around the bay and to several places to eat. Members of the hotel team are gracious and helpful. The breakfast had ample and delicious offerings served by delightful team members. Complimentary water bottles, quality bath products, a fully stocked Keurig, and two comfortable queen beds made the overnight stay very nice."

"Design forward hotel with excellent location in Astoria. Super friendly staff. Great bar with gorgeous views. Elderly/those with disabilities should call ahead because there is no elevator and stairs are needed for at least some of the rooms. It's also not a full service sort of hotel, so no porter/bell help available for bags on the steps."

"Don’t let the exterior fool you. All the rooms have been upgraded and remodeled and they’re lovely. Our stay was clean and pleasant, but I’m knocking off one star because the hot water in the sink didn’t work. We were only there for a couple nights so it wasn’t a huge deal but it was a little annoying to wash our hands in cold water. Genuinely though, very much worth the money to stay here. Just be advised that the second floor is only accessible by stairs, and no elevator is available to my knowledge. Not an issue for me and my wife but I don’t recall it being mentioned in the room listing. I could be mistaken however."

"We had an excellent corner suite room with plenty of room, comfortable furniture and bed, and a view out to the river. The staff (that would be you, Sara Ann, and the morning person whose name we didn't get) were wonderful and we look forward to a return visit. Convenient on-street parking."
