"We had a great overall stay at the resort, but one of the biggest frustrations was making reservations for the restaurants. It was extremely difficult to get a reservation because the restaurants open up availability to Privilege guests first, which made it challenging for everyone else to find a time that worked. I definitely think the reservation system could be improved to make dining options feel more accessible to all guests. That said, I want to give a special shout-out to Carlos, our waiter at the buffet! He was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcomed. His excellent service really stood out and made our dining experience much more enjoyable. Carlos is truly an asset to the resort! Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the restaurant reservation process could definitely use some improvement."

"The hotel is big, Beautiful but the staff is rude, the bar in pools and buffet has the worst service ever. Great service and staff in lobby, my only red flag was the quality of the food and staff. We stay 7 nights and they never have mango for the cocktails"

"Me encantó la Estadia ,el personal es muy atento y amable me senti muy feliz con el ambiente primera vez que voy ,me Parecio Excelente todo ,exepto el restaurante mexicano no le vi ningún sentido,decía que era mexicano pero la comida estaba horrible ,pero toda la demás comida me encantó el bufet 100 de 10 ,todas las demás áreas de comida si fue excelente,no alcancé a entrar a más ningún restaurante privado no sabría decirles como está pero lo que sí se que el mexicano está terrible 😐.Excelente opción este hotel lo ame y volvería a ir👌"
