As you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by stunning views through the 8-foot sliding glass doors that lead to a paver pool deck, overlooking an expansive 200-foot-wide turnaround canal basin.

Newly furnished with new furniture/photo's being added daily.

The Open Floor Plan allows natural light to flood the complete living area.

Breathtaking Sunsets from the Lanai & Heated Saltwater Pool. Within the Lanai, there is a Barbeque, Outdoor Shower with a half bath for added convenience. Lanai/Pool area gets great afternoon sun.

Indoor Kitchen--Provides a large granite island, that comfortably sits 6. 45" Wolf gas cooking area... Gas Burner, Grill & Oversized Gas Burner for larger pots or a Wok with an Oversized Stainless-Steel hood. Wolf Single Oven, Wolf Microwave & Wolf Warming Drawer. Stainless Steel Farmhouse sink with a Bosch Stainless Steel Dishwasher & Stainless Refrigerator.
