"The location is fantastic and the room was very comfortable. Great to have a Starbucks in the hotel. I felt the front desk staff were not really interested in us as people. And I really didn’t like that we were charged $35 dollars a night which could be offset against purchases in the hotel but if I didn’t want to purchase a drink or food I had to pay it anyway. It’s also $6 an item to store luggage on checkout day - ridiculous"
