"The property is in major need of a refresh or should be knocked down and start over. The floors, the lifts and all of the corridors are super confusing. It would be a nightmare for people who have special needs and who require walker or wheel chair. The room was adequate for sleeping but when you looked around it was dusty, dirty and in need of a complete makeover. The food at breakfast was adequate and the rooftop buffet was good but a little pricey and did not include even water at the table however a glass of wine was included."

"Very impressed with the hotel, it was immaculately presented throughout. The staff were all very welcoming, helpful and very well mannered. Service was excellent. The room was spotless, very comfortable and had more than we could have asked for. The hotel amenities itself are impressive, the pools were great, the little shop has everything you could possibly need for a family stay, and we were very impressed all of the onsite restaurants that we visited. Great food and service at reasonable prices. We will definitely be back again!"

"We are at several restaurants including the morning breakfast. Food was great and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Mikal and Sunil were so good. Rooms were cleaned daily. Nice balcony/patio view of the bay and other properties. Room upgrade wasn’t available when we checked in but the next day the manager was very nice and showed us a very good upgraded room. We declined the offer because it would involve repacking but we truly appreciated the gesture. Thanks for letting us have a great stay and enjoy Malta."

"We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The pool area was amazing, with a really relaxed atmosphere and plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine. The restaurant options were excellent, with great food and plenty of choice throughout our stay. The location was also perfect ideally placed for heading down to the beach and exploring the local area. Overall, a fantastic hotel in a prime spot, and we would definitely recommend it."

"The property is old and needs renovation , it’s ideally located for visiting Valletta but not for people who have issues climbing stairs as there are lots outside . For a 5 star property the check in was not good as we were not informed of the free shuttle they provide nor the sauna , steam room costs which we found out later that the indoor pool is free but the spa is run privately and change 15 euros to use the sauna unless your having a spa treatment ."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, especially with the beautiful waterfront view from the balcony. It was wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. The room was comfortable, clean, and served its purpose well. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any questions we had. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was appreciated, but it was a bit annoying that we had to log in again every time our phone locked or disconnected. It wasn't a major issue, but it could definitely be more convenient. The only downside was the complimentary breakfast. After trying it on the first day, we decided not to use it again as the quality was disappointing. The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal, making it easy to visit Valetta and other nearby destinations. It was also a short and inexpensive Uber ride to other cities and attractions in the area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location, beautiful views, convenient access to transportation, and outstanding staff."
