"Check in: staff member was underwhelmed, but he asked what we wanted and he accommodated. Property: one of the elevators didn't work on one tower, other was super slow, but the other tower had 4 elevators that were fast, just some extra walking. It is a smokers paradise in the casino! Holy heck, it was so yucky. But things looked clean and service was hit or miss. Room: very clean. Someone on here said "crispy" linens, and I thought it was a typo. It's not. The towels were so crispy. You'll find out... bed was very soft yet comfortable. Sheets were stiff but clean. First hotel I liked the pillows...ever. TV kept freezing so that was annoying. The bathroom was super clean with the crispy towels, lol. Tub was huge and the bowed shower curtain made the shower bigger, very well done! Water pressure was good and perfect temperature consistency. Toiletries were pleasant and useful. Lighting in the bathroom was great. AC worked just fine and not too loud. It also didn't kick on and off all night like some other places. Casino: Food places were good. Service outstanding in the buffet! Didn't try anywhere else. Slots were fun, won $928 from playing $20. Very stale cigarette smoke smell everywhere, but people were friendly. Barkeep was grumpy, but it was the end of his shift. New bartender was super cool. He made my special old fashioned very nicely. He didn't mind making the change I requested. Didn't use the spa or valet, or pool (if there was one). Very nice over all."

"Beautiful property in a remote quit location! Host was amazing to work with! Very spacious for a large family get together, everyone is able to congregate in one area! (All open concept) ! Old condiments, outdated opened food left in fridge and pantry! All supplies such as spices, paper towel, toilet paper and towels were great! Laundry facilities are a plus!!!!"

"We had a wonderful time at this comfortable clean cabin. Area is so quiet and terrific area to just relax and enjoy the nature. We had good time having a bonfire, making s’mores ,visiting and walking the trail. Would definitely rent again as we did not want to leave this time!"

"Absolutely beautiful property! Big deck to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Pet friendly which is awesome! Inside is super clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay! The owners were very responsive when I asked my hundreds of questions The game room was the cherry on top. However, my Pac-Man skills have declined over the years.Highly recommended"

"The host was super friendly and helpful. The spa house which you share with all the guests does have a decent gym and the spa works great but there is no couch. The floor has multiple sink holes. Old Blue is very quaint however the bed was definitely not a true queen size as my 6‘4 husband didn’t fit. The forest surrounding the house is absolutely gorgeous and it is a quiet place to get away and very close quarters so you have lots of opportunity to connect with your partner. Also it is only an hour and twenty minute drive to Minneapolis if you want to go and do something or go out to eat because the kitchen is cute but not the most practical for doing all your cooking. We had a very pleasant stay and breakfast was very generous."

"Everything was absolutely fantastic with the property.The only questionable thing that was the 2 minute shower rule seemed kind of extreme. We understood it was for water conservation and can appreciate not taking long showers, but to only do 2 minutest you have to use just hardly enough water to get wet to lather up, turn the shower off to scrub, then turn the water back on to try and rinse. It really made us wonder when he ssprinkler for the lawn started.Otherwise our stay was wonderful, and would highly recommend."
