"Ideal location to the Mayo Clinic. Outdoor patios were a nice touch. Rooms were spacious and clean although they need additional housekeepers, although the 2 tried. They only come into the rooms to clean every 6 days. Breakfasts were good and every night Monday-Thursday they made soup. We would definitely stay there again."

"The staff was very friendly....the room was very clean and modern.....however, the HVAC needs to be updated. Even though it was only April, our room never cooled down to a decent temperature to sleep. Even though the thermostat was set to 62 degrees our room was very warm throughout the night. We did not sleep well. Maintenance came and removed the filthy filter but that didn't help. When I complained to the front desk he said "well it is a 130 yr old hotel". We only stayed one night. "

"No. The fruit was soggy not fresh. The muffin was dry and the bagel was hard and dry. Even with the cream cheese the bagel was awful. I wouldn’t stay there again. Disappointed. "

The access and ease to the Clinic makes the visit stress free. I highly recommend this hotel particularly if you are a frequent patient at the Clinic. This hotel is worth the price. Top rating. "
