"We stayed for 4 nights in a very nice executive level room in the deluxe accommodations of the Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic. We enjoyed the executive level perks and breakfast. Check-in was welcoming and smooth; breakfast staff were great. As experienced travelers, we appreciated that. There were some things that left us leaving with a level of frustration and thus our overall rating. On our last full day our room was neither refreshed nor the trash emptied. We were out for the full day and returned to our room at 10 PM to find this. We asked about it on checking out. The response from the front desk was essentially, "What do you expect me to do about it?" Quite a surprise for a Hilton property on the executive level. This hotel's WiFI was the slowest were have experienced at a hotel in the past 10 years at only around 5 Mbps (tested on speedtest.net multiple times). Fine for texting and word processing, but tough for some work tasks and for streaming on our devices. We noticed that the clock times on the display screens in the main lobby and elsewhere were 16 minutes slow. The clock in our room was about 8 minutes slow with no ability to change it. While these are individually small things, they seemed to indicate a lack of attention to detail."

"The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent."

"Really AWESOME BREAKFAST menu. I also enjoy the 24 hours of the hot tub. We had to park on the backside of the hotel due to the large trucks and trailers that were using the parking lot at the same time as all the cars."

"Everyone there is so ice and so helpful. As if they really cared and wanted you there. Love that there were so many ways to get to wherever you parked that it’s never far walk..the breakfast was good the bacon was really good. "

"Well, when we pulled in the parking lot, it’s just an absolutely beautiful place really nice. And when I walked inside, I thought a oh boy my husband and I have hit the jackpot. This is absolutely breathtaking. OK the room was nice. It was tiny, but very nice looking the problems I had were. There was no room to put anything. There was no desk. There was no chest of drawers. There was no table. There was one small computer chair. That was the only place to sit in the whole room other than the bed there was one very narrow, small bench pushed up against the wall to set a suitcase. I have a very small traveling suitcase that fits on the plane. OK not a giant one. And it barely held that it did have two sinks one in the hallway kind of by the front door and one in the bathroom, so that was very convenient the bathroom with the shower was absolutely beautiful. The shower was lovely and nice and spacious. It had glass doors and when you walked in, you had a motion sensor light, which was very nice. Other than that, I was very amazed there was nothing in it like a regular hotel room no place to put another suitcase The trash basket was about about as big as a loaf of bread. So there was no place to put anything we ordered out and got some food. We had to sit on the bed needed. The doors weighed 3000 pounds I couldn’t even open the door. The doors to the bathroom were the same way I got stuck in the bathroom couldn’t open the door and had to holler for my husband to open the door."
