Beautiful and charming. Very pleasant staff. Be aware that the elevator is very antiquated so 1 person and 2 large suitcases at a time is all that will fit but was not a problem. Beautiful location would stay here again! Side note, like most places in Italy, there is a city tax you have to pay at checkout so be aware

"The location of the hotel was convenient and the rooms were clean. There is technically no front desk, which was a bit strange and no number to call if there was an issue.
