Nice hotel. Awful and dirty city!!

The room was clean. The service was excellent. Front desk personnel were very helpful. Required more lighting when going to the Villa Aminta, it was very dark at night and early mornings.

Lovely hotel, quiet and a great location.

Absolutely gorgeous property with a beautiful view. The pool is not heated and nothing is really walkable from the hotel, but it’s quite a gem! They had parking on site which was wonderful. The spa was lovely as well. Very friendly staff and delicious food, especially at Blue Stone, next door to the property.

Hotel was in a convenient location with amazing views from the terrace and roof top. Easy access to parts of the city by funiculars that were close by. Downside was that roof top was off limits to guests for two of the three days staying at the hotel. We booked here because of the pool and outdoor terraces and common areas and we could not use these areas because of outside events booked by the hotel. On the day we were able to use the pool at 5 pm because we had to vacate due to yet another wedding that was happening that evening. It would have been helpful if the hotel could have informed us of the limited access before the deadline for cancellation given the restriction on hotel amenities.
