"Havia deixado uma solicitação, não foi atendida. Na chegada, poucas informações, se quer um cadastro dos hóspedes foi feito. O estacionamento não é bem sinalizado. A banheira não estava limpa. Mas, o pior foi a experiência com o café da manhã, onde faltavam mais de 1h30 para terminar e já estavam faltando diversos itens, sendo que vários hóspedes chegaram após e constatarmos a falta de reposição. "

"Boa localização para uma parada no retorno do Beto Carreiro (Penha) para São Paulo. Pesquisamos pela localização, a ideia era ficar 2 dias para descanso, porém após vermos avaliações sobre o hotel pensamos em desistir, mas reduzimos para um dia. O hotel é bem grande, porém está muita negligenciada a manutenção, local que poderia ser incrível foi largado, tem um potencial enorme. "The hotel is new, so all is in prefect condition, reception team speaks English, very friendly, so no problem to address any questions/concerns. Restaurant is great with high quality food and unique dish options. The only wish - it would be good to have dishes from the restaurant as part of room service, the menu for room service is different and not that impressive. "

A casa era boa, mas diferente da nossa reserva, sem jacuzzi, sem ar condicionado, sem piscina, sem churrasqueira externa, sem frigobar, com metragem menor. O proprietário foi muito gentil e fez tudo o que poderia fazer e mais um pouco, oferecendo um passeio de Rafting que foi o ápice da estadia. Lamento muito, pois fiz...
