"Room smelled really badly of mildew, carpet felt dirty to walk on. Bathroom floor sticky. Toilet paper - only small amount left on the roll, and this had been wet with??. Luckily there was a new roll in the cupboard so put used roll in cupboard and used new roll. The toilet roll holder was broken, hanging down. "

"The place is in the perfect location if you are visiting Brisbane CBD and South Bank. The place is clean and worth the price paid. We fully enjoy our 2 nights stay. "

"Hotel is at a great location and the views over the Brisbane river and bridge amazing. Hotel is aging though and a ask for two separate beds at a return stay were not noted. After 3 stays not sure if I would return again."
