"Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel should invest in better kitchen utensils (pans, tissues, cutlery). The staff should check the room before check in to ensure that rooms are completely clean and in proper conditions. We had a slight issue with our room with a small animal leaving behing some waste but were immediately assigned another (better room). Food was great. "

"Using Expedia, I reserved a room with a view and jaccuzi bath. When I arrived they tried to lodge me in a corner closet size room with no Jaccuzi or view. They said that was the room I reserved. From my perspective it was a classic “bait and switch”. I ended up getting the room I reserved for three nights instead of the five I paid for. "

"We stayed here for our Honeymoon / Wife's birthday. This is a beautiful place, great to stay in with your family. Both of the owners and Ms. Gladys (the house attendant) are amazing and great to work with.
