The room and property met my expectations. Given the angle of the building to the water I didn't think there would be much of a view but we got lucky and even from the SE facing side of building 3 we could watch sailboats coming and going from the Boston channel.

We arrived early so the front desk held our luggage and gave us good intructions on where we needed to go. They have a nice bar and have coffee and hot tea available 24/7 in the cozy lobby. Rooms were small but fine. The location was amazing! Minutes to the Freedom Trail and many other landmarks.
