"Was a nice enough stay, cute little rooms off in a separate building, information said was soundproof but the windows/door was to outside so a little thin and let light in - and as it was a gravel area outside people walking/cars parking was quite noisy. The bed was maybe a little short it seemed, feet were basically on the footboard the whole night, but otherwise a very comfy bed. No windows in the bathroom but was nice and spacious. The reception desk wasn't obvious but otherwise it was a nice stay. A nice stay over all, and the food in the restaurant was good, would definitely go back again one day."

"A little dated now in all fairness. Shower was warm, no pressure. Decor dated but still so very retro. Could do with a freshen up. Very clean, attentive staff and I would still stay again. I'm not a picky person at all and still slept very well. Great location and plenty of parking. "

"Stayed over the Christmas period (take your own decos)Dishwasher failed to work on last day (washed but not with hot water nor did it dry)Bath plug release didn’t work Shower door come off it’s railElectric went off around midnight, fuse outside had tripped (dealt with quickly) after calling the help line. Other than that we enjoyed our time."

"Excellent place and I can't wait to go back, it was a friendly welcome and its a lovely as described place in a very quiet location. Kitchen is well stocked and stuff is easy to use, sofa and beds were comfy and the place was warm well maintained. "

"Room was great, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Lovely quality toiletries and excellent to have a coffee machine. Parking was close to the room, and it was really helpful to have the little verandah overhang as it was running as we left! Only issue was lack of signage from the main road"

"Lovely hosts, unique accomm in converted primary school and antiques showroom, excellent twin room with spacious bathroom and walk-in shower. Beautiful breakfast. Nearby Kings Arms a wonderful community run pub with very good real ales and good food."

"Sandra and Gary were the most helpful and welcoming hosts. The mill house is an amazing property with everything you could possibly need. The pictures dont do it justice. The beds were super comfy and im now a wood burner convert. Christmas here will be one my family will remember for ever xx"
