"Wonderful stay with great living areas, and kitchen. The views were outstanding and peacefulness of the area replenished our souls. Though another couple was supposed to be with us, it ended up just being my wife and I. Waking up to the sheep and their new lambs was a added bonus. Though the weather was not ideal, gale force winds, driving rain, sleet and hail, it didn't stop us from exploring from this ideal location. We will return someday. It was a wonderful stay."

"Just a great weekend stay all round! Sam couldn't do enough for us, always helpful and kind. The entry/check-in and our room was well organized and very clean. "Very quiet. beautiful views. The pods were a bit too small but otherwise loved our stay. Great restaurant and bar. Don’t try and bring outside food into the bar to eat with their drinks. (This was frowned upon). But there was an awesome food truck just up the road (Pizza in the Skye) and we couldn’t resist… They moved us to the “lounge”, which was right next to the bar. "Loved Portree and this hotel. Our only suggestion would be to book dining reservations in advance. We BARELY got in for dinner after trying 5-6 restaurants as a walk-up. And this was early in the season (3rd week of April). The brunch at the hotel is great, but I'd also book that early if you want an early start out on the trails."
