"We chose this hotel over cheaper options mainly because it advertised a spa. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the sauna wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed anytime soon. That was extremely disappointing, as the spa was the main reason we were willing to spend more money to stay here. Had we known, we would have chosen a more affordable hotel that at least included breakfast.
What made the situation worse was that the staff didn’t seem particularly apologetic and didn’t offer...
