"Staff extremely obliging and attentive. Accommodation excellent. The 2 room apartment/home was a touch of luxury steeped in history! Sharon the manager went out of her way to make sure that birthday celebrations were effectively carried through! An enjoyable experience for our 3 night stay "

"My room was disgusting. Hair in my linen, towels, and red stains on my sheets. Mould in the bathroom and the air conditioning filter so thick that the room stunk. The general maintenance of the room well below an acceptable standard. Not even a hair dryer was supplied. Will not be returning."

"Room had hair and pee in the bathroom I had to change rooms and purchase my own small bottle of bleach and clean the room myself. No blanket on the bed. The blanket that was is the room was covered in hairs. Also after asking for a clean blanket twice the two they brought to the room were also covered in hairs. Yuck!"

"Our flight was early, so they offered a box breakfast for those checking out before breakfast started."

"I really enjoyed the room - super snuggly bed. Idk how they did that but it was much appreciated! Great shower. Rooftop bar was lovely to enjoy watching the planes come and go. Bottom restaurant was efficient and friendly. Will do this again next time in Sydney."

"Only 3 of the 6 elevators appeared to be working (but there was no signage to confirm this) which resulted in my low mobility mother and I having to wait more than 25 minutes for an elevator to check out, at which point she had to force herself into an already full elevator while I took the stairs. We requested to be taken down in the staff elevator and were denied and told to wait or take the stairs. Very disappointed in the service and this experience and wouldn't recommend it to others especially those with accessibility issues."
