This beautiful farmhouse with private pool is located in a very quiet and secluded position in a panoramic position of Castello di Volpaia estate, where we have successfully been renting another property, La Pozza for many years. The Volpaia estate is producing wine since year 1172 and today it is producing one of the most renowned Chianti Classico. In year 2018, the 2015 Riserva wine has been ranked by Wine Spectator the third best wine of the world! The owners of the estate, with long experience in providing guest accommodations, completed restoration of this stone-built farmhouse and their aim was to make it the ideal residence for those seeking a totally relaxing holiday in Chianti. The interior of Casavecchia Volpaia has been restored with full respect for the typical Tuscan traditions, and each bedroom has been equipped with an en-suite bathroom. They have provided full-time staff to take care of the house and to prepare meals for guests at extra costs.
Guests can enjoy incredible views from the covered terrace, which is furnished for outdoor eating and is also very practical for families as it overlooks the pool, allowing parents to relax while keeping an eye on the pool area. The fortified hamlet of Volpaia offers two nice restaurants, one of which owned by the estate and one Bar. The English speaking estate staff can organize cooking lessons, visits to the wine cellars and will be glad to assist guests during their stay.


Cleaning service is included 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.
