Nous apprécions toujours être accueillis en personne. Le personnel était formidable! On nous a transporté à la gare de bus gratuitement et donné d'excellents conseils de restaurants et de lieux incontournables à visiter! La chambre était magnifique avec son plafond en haut-reliefs et ornements gothiques.

Hotel was ok...a little worn and in a remote neighborhood complete with all night barking dogs. Parking was a hassle and amazed they wanted to charge a daily fee for use of pool when amenities description did not state that. Elevators was a nightmare. On the positive side breakfast and staff were excellent.

This hotel is full of charm and character. The room was spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Best of all, we were warmly welcomed by the lovely Angelina. She is incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly wonderful—we absolutely loved her! Thank you for making our trip so special and unforgettable.
