The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in during my time in Thailand—I slept extremely well. The location is also excellent. "Nice place right on the beach road. Thai style wood floors we had a large room and nice balcony. very nice staff and room was clean. Great breakfast choices every day. There was some construction happening on the beach but not too noisy and they obscure it with walls."

"Convenient location with direct access to beach road. Hotel is far from new, but it was an excellent value. Room was spacious with a fully updated bathroom. Most electric outlets in the room are the old school two prong only (no ground). Outlets at bedside were more modern, but those at the desk can’t be used for your laptop or phone. Important to remember an adapter. I added breakfast for only $7 US, and it was excellent. I went early and it was relaxed. Later in the morning it was very busy, and it is a huge restaurant. Overall, excellent value."

"Stayed at the Venue for 3weeks in September 26 and I cannot think of any negatives in fact from breakfast (200b) until late staff couldn't do enough for you all very efficient and friendly. The rooms spacious and comfortable and serviced every day.the hotel is also i. A great location with an abundance of 7/11 and tops nearby also baht bus at entrance to complex if you fancy going into Pattaya about 15minutes away although you have everything you need to make a great holiday at the hotel and an abundance of bars and restaurants just a step away from The Venue. IT was so good in fact I was looking to book for next August or September but alas it seems to be fully booked. Anyway had a great time ,Thanks to Chris and all staff hope to see yous again when booking permits."

"Royal Prince Resort exceeded my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were kind and professional. The buffet breakfast was hearty and delicious. The beach is about a 10–12 minute walk away, and central Pattaya is roughly 10 minutes by motorbike or car. There’s a night market right in front of the hotel, with plenty of shops and everyday essentials nearby. I stayed during low season and loved how peaceful it was, both inside the hotel and around the property. One of the best-value places I’ve stayed in Thailand. I’d happily stay again."

"The property was quiet, comfortable clean. The stuff came when you wanted them to come to clean it and I guess the kind of people that do come sometimes destroy the rooms so they have some strict rules. It sounds a little crazy, but those were respectful of property it’s not an issue at all."

"First time at Rabbit Resort and will certainly NOT be our last, in fact it will be my first choice when we return to Pattaya. Very warm welcome, staff were outstanding. Second floor room was clean, bed was very comfy. shower was powerful and hot if required. A great feature is 2 lovely pools one for kids and one for the adults...perfect....but the outstanding feature is the totally amazing breakfast buffet, I could not fault it, The buffet had a western style plus delicious Thai food, a salad bar which included smoked salmon, fruit and yogurt and of course toast, coffee tea and juices....outstanding! Resort is Situated next to the beach, although the pool was much more inviting."
