"This is a large property. We were given a room in the basement! Our window looked out onto a hallway. Ugh. There had to be better rooms available. Shower head produced low flow, which is not ideal. Tub didn't drain well. Laundry is available: $2 for wash load, $2 for dryer. Air conditioner and TV worked well."

"Roomy place with everything we needed for a five night summer stay in Frisco. We appreciated the location more and more every day we stayed there. Literally one block to downtown and walking distance to hiking trails as well. We also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and watching the hummingbirds and bunnies outside. Would definitely stay here again!"
