I have stayed at Hotel Encian on 3 occasions. Each time the facilities were great. And, very importantly, the staff were so accommodating as I do not speak Slovakian, arrived late etc. The restaurant and breakfast is fabulous as is the location❣️

Pekná dovolenka.

Pobyt sa vydaril. Ubytovanie v hoteli Encián môžem doporučiť. Mali sme veľkú izbu pre dve osoby a dva prístelky pre deti. Čo mi chýbalo, bol stojan na sušenie prádla, lebo sušiť plavky a uteráky z kúpania bolo trochu problematické. Inak sme boli veľmi spokojní, aj raňajky boli postačujúce, bolo z čoho vybrať a do sýtosti sa najesť. Avšak zo služieb v kúpeľoch sme boli rozčarovaní. Veľmi drahé vstupné, zrušená pitná voda v areáli kúpeľov. Pri celodennom vstupe do saunového sveta, ktoré je veľmi drahé, sme dostali tašku s potrebami, kde bol vložený starý roztrhaný župan, ostrapkaný okolo goliera, bol však čistý. A to v každej zo štyroch tašiek. Za tú cenu vstupu je so smutné. Škoda, že si dovolenku v takýchto krásnych kúpeľoch môže dovoliť máloktorá slovenská rodina s dvoma deťmi.

Hotel tres propre- confortable avec un peu de bruits liés à l'activité du restaurant jusqu'à 22:00 si fenêtres ouvertes - chambre et sb très grandes petits dejeuners très corrects à l'exception du café (seulement café en poudre par machine) horaire du matin tardif à partir de 8h00 attention la station thermale demande une taxe de séjour de 7.20 € par pers et par nuit

Všetko bolo super, tak ako aj v minulosti. Hotel ako aj izby sú čisté, krásne, udržované ako nové. Poloha je super, v župane sa dá v pohode len cez cestu prejsť do kúpeľov Aphrodite. Tým, že sme boli na dlhšom pobyte, viac sme si uvedomovali, že postele sú pomerne tvrdšie. Ale to je v Rajeckých Tepliciach asi zvyk, v Aphrodite sú postele ešte výrazne tvrdšie. Ďakujeme celému personálu, obzvlášť paniam recepčným za pomoc a ústretovosť pri objednávaní, pani chyžnej a tiež všetkým, že sa o nás tak krásne postarali.
