"Excellent location in the heart of Waterford. Had to park a little distance away and the multi storey had no working lifts since Aldi moved. We could cope but this could be an issue for less mobile individuals. "

"Check in was very easy online & the reception staff were very friendly on arrival. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and a large balcony with a great view. The room was very modern and fitted out with a couch and 2 armchairs and foot rests. There were also 2 chairs and a table on the balcony. The buffet breakfast was delicious, hot and plentiful, and once again the staff were very friendly. The hotel is a bit outside town so you would need to get a taxi (€20). Only a short drive to Curraghcloe Beach (20 Minutes) if you fancy a nice walk by the sea. Lovely hotel, will be returning soon hopefully."

"The hotel is very good for its rating of 3 stars. The room was nice and tidy. No problems with the room. The check in was good and the clerk was very nice and saw us to stairway to room. The dinner was very good and plentiful and the waitress was very nice and attentative. Breakfast was also very good and a nice selection."
