Nestled in a peaceful close our modern 2-br terraced house offers a delightful blend of comfort and charm. Built on the site of an old dairy, some of the old buildings still remain. This cosy retreat is perfect for small families and dog lovers, accommodating up to 2 small/medium-sized dogs. You’ll have easy access to the best of Ramsgate with the beach, Royal Marina and Town Centre just a short 12-18 minute walk away. The accomodation also comes with 1 parking space and a private garden.

Known for its award-winning golden sands, the Royal Marina's bustling vibrancy, and the picturesque Royal Esplanade, Ramsgate is a seaside haven that invites you to explore its maritime heritage, vibrant streets, and scenic coastal walks. There are dog friendly beaches really close by - please check the council website for any seasonal restrictions. In close proximity - Aldi Supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, plus there is a Fish and Chip shop and Off Licence & Store accross the road. Just a 5 minute walk away is the Granville Theatre - offering a fantastic all year round range of live entertainment - including musicals, comedy nights, tribute acts and audiences with.

The traditional yet vibrant Broadstairs is just a few miles from Ramsgate. You walk or cycle there via the under cliff or the promenades and King George The V Park . Stroll along Viking Bay's sandy beach, indulge in some delicious ice cream and discover a variety of shops and eateries that showcase local and international cuisine.

For some of the best sun sets in the UK venture to Margate. Whilst their explore the Old Town, Turner Contemporary Gallery Margate and Dreamland Theme Park & Concert Venue. Margate also has a vibrant nightlife with a great selection of bars and restaurants.

Step inside and be greeted by an inviting open-plan lounge and dining area, where you can unwind on plush two-seater sofas or gather around the dining table for a game night with family or friends. Choose from an array of board games like Scrabble, Risk, or Trivial Pursuit, or enjoy a movie night with our 40" Smart TV featuring terrestrial channels, catch-up tv like BBCiplayer, ITVX etc and Netflix, Prime etc (just log in with your own account).

The well-equipped kitchen, complete with a Tassimo coffee machine, allows you to whip up delicious meals, while essentials like toiletries, kitchen basics, linen, and towels are all provided for your convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with double beds and ample storage, along with a bathroom featuring a relaxing bath with an overhead shower.

We also supply, one highchair and one travel cot, hair dryer, and iron and ironing board.

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Ramsgate train station is approx 20 minutes by foot and is regularly served by Southeastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: the Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

The Eurotunnel train at Calais will transport you to Folkestone in just 35 minutes. From there it is approximately a 1 hour drive to Thanet on the A20 and A256, follow the signs to Ramsgate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is great, with Aldi just up the road and the harbour along with many shops and restaurants a short walk away. We went on many long walks all along the coasts and fortunately the weather was perfect. The house is spotless and has everything you need for a fun getaway.

The house was immaculately clean and well appointed. All practical requirements were met, with the exception of a dishwasher but that wasn't a problem for our short stay. The location is quiet and secluded with dedicated parking and that is a bonus. Positive points include excellent, comfortable bedding and a smart TV. We also enjoyed the boardgames. To improve, I'd like to see a decent shower rather than one fed from the bath taps. A slip mat would help older guests. Overall a very nice stay in a very good property
