Beautiful setting, just perfect when you’ve had a busy day out and about and you can unwind in the peace and quiet. Could not fault any part of the hotel and it is dog friendly if you need it to be.

Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.

We had a great stay, comfy and spacious, great communication from the host too. Check in was simple and easy. Plus there were extra fans in the rooms which was fab during these baking hot nights.
Definetly recommended.

"Arrived for a 2 night start as had an event in Burton. The systems weren't working, so couldn't be checked in till almost 12 midnight. Drove from London and could not even put my leg up. On the day of checkout, the lift was not working. The staff at reception said "just take the stairs". We had suitcase ..."
