"Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful clean and tidy room. gorgeous country views, fully enjoyed the "special attention" from our hosts. The meals and service were amazing. Chef "Stewart" cooked beyond perfection! The spa pool was very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the 5 km trail walk around the property. A very calm, relaxing and safe feeling at this lodge. A highly recommend quiet retreat! Thank you for making our stay so memorable."

"House was clean and neat. Toilets were brown on the inside which means it wasn't washed properly and not cleaned 100%. We found cockroaches in the rooms. Pictures on book a bach showed coffee and sugar. There was no sugar provided. If we had known earlier we would have brought our own. Difficult to communicate with owner due to English. Requested a cot and this was confirmed. Nothing was left in the house and we had to call again. Cot arrived but there was no mattress which made no sense at all. Poor responses /no responses received. Beautiful views. Great location. Will definitely not book again."
