"Our towels had yellow stains s all over them. Towels were all filthy."

Went to front office twice to get them to work. Finally the maid had to get us in room. The hotel doesnt have enough staff. They were friendly but just seemed unorganized and short staffed. We were there for a very large concert so the hotel should have been prepared. "

"Don't waste your money. We got to the hotel at 3 to check in and were told the room would be ready at 4. Came back at 4 and they said 5. We had concert tickets and missed one of the opening acts. Had to get ready in the pool bathroom with no lock. The staff was not at all helpful. When we finally did get a room it was dirty and poorly maintained "
