"The Lagoon is the $M location. Employees in all areas were excellent, friendly and professional. Food at Breakfast Buffet was great with side Chefs offering personalised cooking. Only problem with breakfast was constant broken Coffee Machines, really need to be updated. Rooms were great and excellent team members cleaned daily, professionally with a smile. Only problem we had was only 1 washing machine working for whole resort. Will stay here again and recommend."

"Jayne and her daughter in law were very approachable and helpful. We had an issue with a new build directly behind our unit with the builders banging at 7.45am. We asked about it and they talked to builders and asked if they could delay morning start until 9am which they did. We had a problem with Ants in the kitchen. They got into muesli and other food, so keep everything in containers or fridge. We even tried microwave, but got in there too. The bed was very comfortable and large. We did ask for new towels after day 5 of 9 as they hadn’t been replaced. It wasn’t a problem though. We used the BBQ which worked well. One hot plate Didnt work and the other one took ages to heat. Only used it once so wasnt a problem. Beach a short walk away and great for sunsets as sun goes down right there. Overall was an ok stay, just the builders ruined the first half of it. (Not oasis problem)."

Castaway Resort

"We had a fantastic stay at Castaway. Our room opened straight into the restaurant and bar area, where we could sit on our deck and enjoy the music and vibe from other guests. It's a fantastic location if you want to dine out or have a drink and watch the sunset. We also walked along the beach to other eating places, which were amazing and very convenient. You can swim straight off the beach, but it's not as easy to snorkel right outside the resort, although you only have to walk a short distance down the beach to good snorkelling spots."

"We stayed at 3 locations during our 2 week trip and Sanctuary Rarotongan was by far the best😊 The room, location, staff and daily activities were amazing. We are planning a return trip to Rarotonga next year and will be booking here again no questions asked. All staff were beautiful but a special shout out to Sake at the bar. Ron at reception and Va in the restaurant they made our stay memorable"

"The room was lovely, the beds were so soft and comfortable. There is a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer/drying rack which were very helpful. The pool area is nice an relaxing. The site is about 15-20 min from the bus if you don't have a car, the walk is comfortable if you like walking (bring a small torch if walking at night on the road) If you have a car, there is plenty of parking and its a great location to explore the island and local town."

"We stayed in 2br garden villa. Good, clean accommodation but let down by no hot water for shower. Got slightly better after mentioning to staff but would expect better at these prices. Resort was relaxing and had everything you need. Clean and comfortable. However if you are expecting modern 5 star it is not up to that level. Aging infrastructure that takes time to improve. You can see this is gradually being done. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Happy hour every day 4-6. Great value. Breakfast buffet was fine and had something for everyone."
