Just what we wanted. A well maintained, clean resort with no kids. Having said that, there was always the option of going next door to The Rarotongan to use their facilities. The staff deserve a special mention. They were universally polite with a ready smile and happy to share a joke and quick chat. They made the holiday. This resort really merits a 5 star review.

Staff were really excellent, friendly, helpful. Nothing was too much much trouble for them. Breakfast was a very good variety and fresh. Bar provided a variety wines, beers and cocktails and there was Happy hour. Bar staff were excellent especially Aquila. Cleanliness of room was fine but the louvres in the bedroom and bottom of fly screen were mouldy.

All the Staff, the room, location and dining were all excellent. Access to the marine sanctuary was incredible and the kayaks and SUPS were well maintained. Will try to return in March or April next time.

We stayed at 3 locations during our 2 week trip and Sanctuary Rarotongan was by far the best😊 The room, location, staff and daily activities were amazing. We are planning a return trip to Rarotonga next year and will be booking here again no questions asked. All staff were beautiful but a special shout out to Sake at the bar. Ron at reception and Va in the restaurant they made our stay memorable

We thoroughly enjoyed this resort. The rooms were clean and had had a cool Polynesian vibe to it. The breakfast every morning was so good. Best of all were the staff. Each and every person was beyond friendly and kind. Big shout out to our server Jayesh. He was so awesome!

The resort is very attractive , lovely buildings and landscaping . The interiors were attractive and comfortable loved the massive super king bed and plenty of various pillows so was easy to find one to our liking. Our beachfront suite was first floor with lovely views over the lagoon and reef but felt a little dated in some repects and certainly a little tired . Time for a little refurbishment maybe . However overall was a lovely resort to be in for our first visit to Rarotonga . We loved our adults only part but enjoyed the main part of the Rarotongan too . Lovely family friendly and casual easy place to stay . Good value for money too . The food is mostly well cooked very flavoursome pacific fusion and generous portions . The bar and pool area very inviting .

Awesome facilities, comfortable room overlooking the beach, great staff. Only problem was checking in after arriving early, still had to wait until 3. Was ok tho, we sat round the pool eating and drinking.

Really liked the beach access / location. The water was crystal clear with plenty of coral fish about. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The dinner menu was average, a daily special would have been appreciated. Overall we had a fantastic time, very relaxing and well looked after.
