  • Our beautiful RED House apartment building, featuring three modern holiday apartments, is located in the small, picturesque coastal town of Sveta Marina. Situated one block from the sea, it’s just a few hundred metres from the nearest beach and offers a unique view of the sea and the island of Cres.
    Hiking enthusiasts can reach additional beaches and coves directly from the house. There are also many hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. In Sveta Marina, there is a small convenience store, a bakery, a beach bar, and three restaurants. Large supermarkets and many other restaurants are located in Labin, about 15 minutes away.


    This apartment is on the ground floor, yet it still offers a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace, which is well-screened from prying eyes.
    It sleeps two people, making it perfect for a romantic getaway for couples. It features a living room/bedroom with a large box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a cosy two-seater sofa. The Smart TV can be rotated to face either the sofa or the bed.
    The modern, compact open kitchen is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils, a two-burner induction cooktop, a microwave, and a fridge-freezer combo. Coffee lovers can choose between a drip coffee maker and an espresso maker. The bathroom features a comfortable shower stall, heating, and a window.
    In front of the house, there’s a small barbecue area with a large dining table, where you can socialise with the other residents.
