Just imagine: a beautiful terrace, magnificent view on sea and islands, full privacy, 5 min. walk to the beach, swimming in crystal clear water, no traffic and no noise. Perfect vacation!
Some of those special places are apartments "Sea view" and "Sea view 2" in small tourist resort Ravni.
Each apartment has a separate entrance, terrace and parking.
Both apartments together can accommodate 8 persons.

Apartment has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom No.1 with double bed and with magnificent sea view + air condition + view on SAMSTUNG SMART SAT-TV.
Bedroom No.2 with 2 single beds + SAT-TV + SONY PLAY STATION 4 with games! Bedclothes for use.

In my opinion, tourist resort Ravni is hidden pearl of Istrian east coast. That is a small place on sea coast. There is a long beach, crystal clear water and untouched nature. It is a peacefull place without big traffic.

Beach is 500 m long and it consists one large and many small beaches. There is caffe-bar, restaurant, playground, sport field and rent-a-boat servis.

Resort Ravni is located from the local center, the town of Labin, about 20 km ( 20 min car ride ) and from the destination Rabac, 25 km ( 30 minutes car ride ).

Tourist resort Ravni and our apartment, with stunning view of the sea and islands, is one of those special places where you can truly enjoy your holiday.

Once you came to apatrment with your privat car, Rent-a-car or taxi service, you won't need it anymore. All you need is in the vicinity of the apartment.

Step 1: follow the road from the Croatian border to town of Labin!
Step 2: in town of Labin you drive always straight through 5 roundabouts to the old town of Labin on the hill!
Step 3: from the main square of the old town of Labin on the hill, follow the road sign Ravni and drive straight 20 km to the resort Ravni!
Step 4: after arriving to the resort Ravni, drive, always, straight to the end of resort and drive, always, straight, into the street which is located closest to the sea!
Step 5: Welcome! The second last apartment in the first block of 7 apartments is apartment “Sea view”, Ravni 154 ! (Here awaits owner with a key from the apartment).
The apartment has a garden and a covered parking place. On the other side of the apartment is a large terrace with magnificient sea view!

Ravni

Sehr schön eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Appartment mit allen Dingen, die man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt. Ein ganz großer Pluspunkt ist die geräumige Terrasse mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Die Unterkunft ist nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt und sehr gut über einen Fußweg zu erreichen. Sehr netter Vermieter, der stets hilfsbereit war und uns sehr viele Informationen und Tipps zu schönen Ausflugszielen zur Verfügung gestellt hat.

Das Objekt liegt wirklich in einer sehr schönen Lage, Strand in der Nähe. Ein Parkplatz mit Dach direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung hatte alles zu bieten, war sehr sauber.Ronald war zum Check in persönlich da , hat uns alles erklärt, Tipps gegeben und war jederzeit bei Hilfe Fragen zur Stelle. Aber das beste ist der Ausblick vom Bett aufs Meer. Einfach Wahnsinn .

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Woche in Ravni. Von der Begrüßung bis zum Aufenthalt war alles top.Das Apartment ist sauber, verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche und einen traumhaften Blick vom Bett und dem Balkon auf das Meer. Das Bett ist groß, breit und bequem.Die Lage ist top für Ravni. Am Haus führt ein Weg direkt zum Strand.

Ravni Apartment

Wir waren knappe vier Wochen in dem Apartment ,beim reinkommen war der erste Blick aufs Meer einfach nur schön .Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden,für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Strandlage wunderschön man sollte gut zu Fuß sein um die beiden Traumstrände zu erreichen. Tolle Umgebung es gibt viel zu sehen, und egal was wir zu beanstanden hatten Ronald war immer sehr bemüht es sofort zu lösen .Lieben dank für die vielen Ausflugstips...es war eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir werden wieder kommen ...Hier wird Gastfreundlichkeit noch groß geschrieben was nicht überall der Fall war .

Ravni 154 - Sea View 2

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist nicht groß. Für 2 Leute fanden wir sie passend. 2 Kinder hätten noch in einem kleinen Schlafzimmer Platz gehabt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut; es fehlt nichts Wichtiges. Am schönsten ist der wundervolle Ausblick auf die Kvarner Bucht. Man kann ihn von der Terrasse oder sogar vom Bett aus genießen. Unser Vermieter Ronald hatte uns am Anreisetag empfangen und alles erklärt. Das war das einzige Mal, wo wir uns persönlich getroffen hatten. Durch weitere Infos zu Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten (von denen wir so einige ausprobiert haben) und zu aktuellen Veranstaltungen (aufgrund eines Radrennens war die Zugangsstraße zum Ort stundenweise gesperrt) fühlten wir uns sehr gut betreut. Sein Angebot, uns bei ihm zu melden, wenn wir Fragen hätten, haben wir als aufrichtig und ehrlich empfunden. Aufgrund seiner guten Einführung war es aber gar nicht nötig. Ravni ist ein sehr kleiner Ort. Die letzten 20-25 Minuten sind auf einer schmalen und kurvenreichen Straße zu bewältigen. Dafür findet man aber einen Ort der Stille. In ca. 6-8 Minuten ist man (bergab) am Strand. Zurück braucht man etwas länger.

Erholsamer und entspannter Urlaub

Unser Aufhalt in Ravni war sehr schön. Das Apartment liegt abgelegen von der nächst größeren Ortschaft Labin. Die Fahrzeit beträgt ca. 20 Minuten. Im Ort selbst gibt es einen kleinen Einkaufsladen (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) und eine Pizzeria (ca. 15 - 20 Minuten zu Fuß). Am Strand , der 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist, gibt es eine Strandbar mit Restaurant. Im Apartment ist für 3 Personen genug Platz. Es ist ausgestattet mit 2 Kochplatten, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, TV und Playstation. Die Terrasse ist groß genug mit Sitzmöglichkeit und Markise. Wenn man möchte, kann man vor dem Haus grillen. Es gibt einen überdachten Parkplatz. Wir wurden von unserem Vermieter Ronald herzlich begrüßt. Anschließend bekamen wir viele nützliche Informationen über Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufs- und Bademöglichkeiten. Für uns war es ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub. )findest

Der Urlaub war hervorragend Die Wohnung war sehr schön aber für 4 Erwachsene ein bisschen zu klein. Für 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder ist die Wohnung voll ausreichend. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und man hat einen fantastischen Ausblick aufs Meer. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele Tipps bezüglich Strand und Umgebung gegeben. Im großen und ganzen ein sehr schöner Urlaub. 😀Vielen Dank 😀👍

Einfach nur toll

Stellen Sie sich vor, nach 10 Stunden Fahrt kommen Sie durchgeschwitzt an der Ferienwohnung an. Ihr Vermieter empfängt Sie freundlich, weist Sie auf Ihren reservierten Parkplatz ein, begleitet Sie in Ihre Ferienwohnung und dann nur noch ein Grinsen in Gesicht. Uns erwartete eine helle, freundlich und modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lies. Und dann der Höhepunkt ein großer gemütlicher Balkon mit einem super Ausblick aufs Meer und einen Olivenwald. Ronald unser Vermieter gab uns nach einer ausführlichen Einweisung noch viele nützliche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Am nächsten Tag kamen per WhatsApp nochmals sehr ausführliche Tipps zu Gastronomie, Einkauf und Ausflugsziele. Viele von den Tipps haben wir genutzt und keiner hat uns enttäuscht. Besonders die Restaurantempfehlung das "Ferali" in Strmac war Gold wert. Eine bessere Betreuung im Urlaub hatten wir noch nie. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig am Rand einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung. Bis zur nächsten Stadt sind es ca. 15 km. Nicht so gut für Nachtschwärmer und Feierwütige geeignet. Für uns war es optimal. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 5 min bergab. Zurück dauert es je nach Kondition etwas länger. Wir (sehr unsportlich) haben es gleich als Konditionstraining genutzt. Zusammengefasst kann man nur sagen, es war ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank dafür

Traumblick

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne 2 Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung. Hervorheben muss man erstens der wunderbare Blick von der Wohnung Richtung Cres und außerdem die Freundlichkeit, Höflichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit von Ronald Illic. Bei jeder Frage, die wir hatten kümmerte er sich sofort. Außerdem lud er uns zu einer Bootsfahrt entlang der Küste ein,was für uns ein wunderschönes Erlebnis war. Super Urlaub

Das Appartement hält, was die Bilder versprechen. Es ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit viel Stauraum, hell und modern, mit einem tollen Ausblick. Der Weg zum Meer lädt zum Spazieren ein, die vom Vermieter empfohlene, abgelegene Badebucht ist ein Traum. Sogar unsere Fahrräder hatten einen Abstellplatz im Vorgarten. Rundum ein gelungener und sehr erholsamer Familienurlaub.

Toller Blick

Das sehr schöne Apartment liegt dicht neben anderen Apartments in einem etwas abgelegenen Dorf. Das Küche ist klein, wir haben aber oft die Möglichkeit genutzt, mit dem Elektrogrill auf dem Balkon zu grillen und dabei den phantastischen Ausblick genossen! Ein 10min Fußweg durch Olivenplantagen führt herunter zum kleinen Kiesstrand. Von dort kann man herrliche Wanderung entlang der Küste unternehmen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam und hat zB. einen verkalkten Duschkopf sofort ausgetauscht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, würden aber dort nicht mit 4 Personen für längere Zeit wohnen wollen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die kleine Wohnung ist sauber und das Meer ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Sie ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Der Ort Ravni liegt etwas abseits. Ronald hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und war jederzeit erreichbar.

The stay was excellent, and the property was exactly as described in the listing. The homeowner was simply superb. Urlaub Ravni September 2023

Der Meerblick war wunderbar. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Ronald Ilic war sehr freundlich und hat uns tolle Ausflugstips gegeben. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
