Located on the edge of the small village of Kunj near Labin, Casa Marilu is a true hidden gem. Set on a spacious 3,000 m2 private property, this charming one-storey villa offers peace, privacy, and comfort — surrounded by olive trees, Mediterranean plants, and the soothing sounds of nature.

The house accommodates 4+2 guests and includes two bedrooms, each with a large double bed, air conditioning, and mosquito nets on the windows. There is one bathroom, as well as an open-plan living area with a sofa bed for two people and a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Outside, a beautiful covered terrace with a romantic baldachin offers extra shade — an ideal spot to relax while enjoying views of the private swimming pool with sun loungers. There's also a large charcoal BBQ and a dartboard for some added fun.

What truly sets Casa Marilu apart is its wonderful garden, filled with lush greenery and natural shade. In the cool shelter of the trees, you'll find a lovingly handmade children’s playground, a trampoline, and a table tennis setup — ensuring fun for both kids and adults.
