Picture starting your day with coffee overlooking the Istrian hills and ending it in a warm whirlpool under the stars. Casa Mayren offers peace, privacy, and everything you need to unwind. Located in the quiet village of Kunj near Labin, it is surrounded by 4,000 m² of greenery. This newly built villa is designed for comfort – from morning coffee on the terrace to evenings by the fireplace or a pool lit up at night. Upstairs, the whirlpool offers a stunning view, and the infrared sauna with panoramic glass invites you to relax. The outdoor kitchen and barbecue are perfect for summer dinners, and the heated pool lets you swim beyond the summer months. The villa has two bedrooms (one en-suite) plus an extra WC. Best suited for couples but also welcoming to families with children. Parking, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi are included.
