Valdi the host (very approachable and friendly) met us on arrival with a fantastic welcome of local produce. The accommodation is spacious, clean and pet friendly. Pool area was well equipped with loungers and a washing line for wet costumes and towels (a laundry is also provided). Discreet weekly pool service. Super BBQ area with toilet and gym in the same outdoor area. The gym equipment is tired and needs some maintenance. Unfortunately, the bikes were not available.In the main house the rooms were nicely presented and the 3 bathrooms clean and with towels. Extra pool towels are also provided. The kitchen area has a great selection of pans and utensils. More serving / general bowls would have been useful. The local area is fabulous for walking. Supermarkets a short 10 minute drive away, with a good choice, nothing not catered for. Restaurants are close by in Labin (lovely local food) and the coast is 15 mins drive.Overall a solid 8.5 out of 10. Definitely we would recommended this villa.

An incredible relaxing vacation in a superb quality house

If you like it relaxed and quiet (the house is in the country side), you want a house with high speed internet, ac with a nice garden, with bbq and a small fitness room, this house is a must. Also suitable to let dogs out since it is fenced, and has good walking paths to walk your dog, this house is the perfect the choice for you. Also for kids. Good grocery shoppings about 10min by car. Nice Beaches are about 15m drive, but parking is an issue in the high season time. Sight seeing in Pulla is about 70min drive. Would gladly go again and recommend to friends without any doubts.

Toller Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit einer sehr leckeren Schinken- und Käseplatte (istrische Vorspeisenplatte), einem Fläschen Wein, Olivenöl und Schnaps begrüßt. Haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet. Ideal für eine Familie mit Hund. Das Grundstück ist groß und komplett eingezäunt, so dass ein Hund sich frei bewegen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt. Mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell am Meer oder in der Stadt. Wir können das Ferienhaus ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen. Drei Generationen und zwei Hunde verbrachten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Haus. Wir genossen den Pool, das Grillen und die Ruhe…ok, der 16 jährige nicht immer . Der Host ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber und alle - auch die Hunde - waren herzlich willkommen. Das Haus ist fantastisch ausgestattet, und es mangelt uns an nichts. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schönen Urlaub in Kroatien 2025

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Kroatien. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit läuft und wir unseren Urlaub genießen können. Unser Hund konnte sich auf dem Grundstück frei bewegen, da alles eingezäunt ist. Wenn jemand in Ruhe mit Hund seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte, dann ist das eine ideale Unterkunft. Keine direkten Nachbarn, sodass man ungestört entspannen kann. Alles wie beschrieben, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir können es weiter empfehlen. Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen tollen zwei wöchigen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Wir wurden mit einem tollen Frühstück morgens empfangen was uns sehr gefreut hat. Die Pool Anlage war Mega und ideal für Familien. Alles wirkte sehr harmonisch. Es befinden sind in der Nähe Supermärkte und schöne Strandabschnitte. Der Vermieter ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Person. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir wurden wunderbar begrüßt und auch eine spontane Änderung in der Ankunftszeit war problemlos machbar. Das Ferienhaus sticht im Vergleich mit anderen mit seiner Küchenaustattung heraus. Endlich mal genug Geschirr und Besteck und Küchenutensilien für die ganze Familie. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Vielen Dank!

Topp Haus mit super nettem Vermieter

Das Haus und der Pool ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Super schön. Mit allem was man braucht. Der Pool wurde alle paar Tage kontrolliert und gepflegt. Der große Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, prima für unseren Hund. Das Haus liegt schön ruhig am Ende einer Straße im Grünen, prima zum Erholen. Der Vermieter Valdi ist klasse! Sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht. Und spricht gut deutsch. Als wir samstags ankamen wollten wir direkt Verpflegung einkaufen, es war aber ein Feiertag dort und alle Geschäfte waren zu. Wir wären glatt verhungert ;). Aber Valdi hatte vorgesorgt mit einem liebevoll gedeckten Tisch mit Schinken, Käse, Brot, Gurken und leckerem eigenen Wein. Fantastisch, so was haben wir noch nie erlebt! Es war also ein rundum gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub! Einen Tag haben wir ein Boot mit Skipper gemietet und sind die Küsten entlang; sehr zu empfehlen.

Einzigartig

Einfach nur einzigartig. Das Haus übertraf bei weitem unsere Erwartungen. Es liegt am Ende einer kleinen Sackgasse und ist bereits super eingewachsen, sodass man das Maximum an Privatsphäre hat. Super ruhig und man kann die Natur richtig geniesen. Die Schlafzimmer sind toll ausgestattet und durch die 2 Bäder kommt man sich auch mit mehreren Personen nicht ins Gehege. Zum einen eine gute Heizung, zum anderen eine Klimaanlage, lässt das Haus zum tollen Ziel für jede Jahreszeit werden. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, der sich richtig wohl fühlte. Großer voll eingezäunter Garten, Spaziergänge direkt vom Haus aus - sehr praktisch. Der Aussenbereich ein Traum. Viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, eine super Outdoorküche mit gemauertem Grill und der mega Pool. Wasser, Wald, Berge, Supermärkte, viele tolle Restaurants (die gefühlt fast immer geöffnet waren). Valdi war ein toller Vermieter. Hat sich um alles gekümmert und uns "umsorgt". Er hat uns das Gefühl gegeben jeder Zeit einen Ansprechpartner zu haben für alle Dinge die kommen könnten. Kroatien und Istrien sind uns dadurch auch sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke !!!!

Schöne und ruhig gelegene Villa

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und nett. Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand und man fühlt sich total wohl. Es hat eine gute Seele. Zum Supermarkt sind es 7 Min Fahrt und zu den Stränden ca 15 bis 25 min.

Tolles Haus, ideal für Urlaub mit Hund

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit Familie und 2 Hunden in diesem schönen Haus. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Für unsere Hunde ist das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt, somit wirklich ideal. Das Haus ist sehr sauber übergeben worden. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Hausherrn war Problemlos. Bei Fragen war er immer erreichbar und hat auch schnell geantwortet bzw. reagiert. Die Lage des Hauses ist für alle ideal die Ruhe suchen. Man benötigt jedoch für alles ein Auto. Für Strände muss man schon 20-30 Minuten fahrt in Kauf nehmen. Da sind wir dann meistens doch lieber an dem schönen Pool geblieben.

Wir haben mit unseren 2 Hunden einen tollen Familienurlaub in der Villa Brigita verbracht. Sehr schöne Villa

Wir (4Erwachsene, 3 Kinder, 2Hunde) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa entspricht exakt den Fotos und ist sehr ordentlich. Der Pool war das Highlight für meine Kinder und meine Hunde waren begeistert von dem großen (auch für große Hunde) gut eingezäunten Garten. Die Grillmöglichkeit im Poolhaus haben wir einige Male genutzt und die gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten auf den Terrassen bzw beim Poolhaus haben uns an den schönen Abenden zum lange verweilen eingeladen. Alles in allem ein entspannter u erholsamer Urlaub.

Ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen!

Wir können das Ferienhaus ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. Es ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht und sogar noch mehr. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man braucht keine Sorge haben, dass man jemanden stört. Einen Bonusstern gibt es noch für den Eigentümer, der bemerkenswert freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit ist. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in der Nähe Urlaub machen, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Schönes Abgelegenes Haus

Wir haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. Es war wunderbar ruhig und fast nur Wald um das Haus herum. Das Haus sowie das Grundstück waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche hat uns nichts gefehlt, alles war vorhanden. Wir konnten mit den Kinder draußen toben, ohne Sorge zu haben jemanden zu stören. Vielen Dank und gerne wider.

Top Ferienhaus

Fünf Sterne für dieses Ferienhaus. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Es ist sehr gemütlich ausgestattet. Für einen entspannten Urlaub nur zu empfehlen.
