This spacious villa has two big apartments, each with his own fully equipped kitchen, which enables a comfortable stay for large groups as well. The most important feature of the house is definitely the outdoor pool with outside kitchen where you can spend unforgettable moments. By day, swim and sunbath in a lounger by the pool surrounded by nature and the privacy of your accommodation. Spend romantic evenings sipping a refreshing drink or cocktail in the fresh air by the pool. Natural beaches are only 2 km from the house.

Toller Familienurlaub
Das Haus war ein Traum:-). Wir sind als Großfamilie verreist und hatten sehr viel Spaß. Alles war super sauber, der Pool war ein Traum und die Außenküche der Hammer. Wir haben uns fast ausschließlich draußen aufgehalten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Was man wissen muss: fußläufig kann man nichts erreichen. Das Auto ist also ein ständiger Begleiter. Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr freundlich. Jeden Tag kam jemand aus der Familie und säuberte den Pool und goß die Pflanzen. Allerdings wäre es schöner gewesen ,wenn dieser Besuch etwas privater abgelaufen wäre. Zum Beispiel nicht erst um 10 Uhr, wenn wir gerade frühstücken, sondern schon früher.

Schnelle Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, tägliche Poolkontrolle, tolle Outdoor-Küche (alles vorhanden, sogar Geschirrspültabs), sehr sauberes Haus (untergliedert in 2 Wohneinheiten a 6 Personen), nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Labin (ca. 20min Autofahrt), super ruhige Lage mit Meerblick, perfekt für Urlaub mit Freunden und Familie!

Ein wunderbares Haus und super Gastgeber!
Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Freunden (Haus hat eine Kapazität für 12 Personen) und hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit. Tamaras Vater hat uns vor Ort bestens betreut und sich täglich um den Pool und den Garten gekümmert. Auch die Kommunikation mit Tamara lief bestens, sie hat immer sofort geantwortet und uns geholfen wenn wir beispielsweise ein Taxi in die Stadt brauchten oder uns ein Boot ausleihen wollten. Wir mussten uns nur bei ihr melden und sie hat es für uns organisiert. Der einzige Minuspunkt war, dass es sich bei dem Haus um zwei separate Wohnungen handelt und man nicht von der einen direkt in die andere kommt. Das war aber nicht weiter schlimm, weil Dank des schönen Außenbereichs und der bestens ausgestatteten Outdoor Küche waren wir nur zum schlafen in den Wohnungen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus jedem Weiterempfehlen!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Das Highlight ist die Aussenküche. Drinnen haben wir quasi nie gekocht. Vom Garten aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Adria und die Südspitze von Istrien. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen in einer weniger touristischen Gegend. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. Das Haus hat 2 Wohnungen mit je 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Wir haben hier gemeinsam Urlaub mit 3 befreundeten Familien verbracht. Dafür war das Haus ideal. Tamaras Vater hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sich während der ganzen Zeit auch um den Pool und Garten gekümmert.

Familienurlaub mit Freunden
Wir sind mit 2 Familien verreist und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Durch die zwei Wohnungen (jeweils 1 Etage) bestand auch mal die Möglichkeit sich zurück zu ziehen! Wir haben uns aber die meiste Zeit in der Outdoor Küche aufgehalten! Diese war für uns neben dem Pool das Highlight! Diese ist super ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Herd und Gasgrill. Der Garten hat neben Pool auch noch ein Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte und Schaukel/Rutsche sowie einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer! Zum Strand ist man mit dem Auto relativ schnell und trotz Hochsaison haben wir immer einen schönen Platz gefunden! Am Campingplatz kann man sich Tretboote oder SUPs leihen! Am Strand gibt es einen kleinen Mini Market! Für größere Einkäufe sollte man aber nach Labin fahren! Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen!

Erholung garantiert
Wir waren eine große Gruppe mit drei Generationen. Die Villa Tomko war dafür perfekt geeignet. Das Highlight der Villa ist die Aussenküche am Pool. Hier konnten wir alle zusammen sitzen, kochen, essen und spielen. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und es wird jeden Tag der Pool gesäubert und der Garten gewässert. Es ist alles genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die sehenswerte Städte Labin, Rabac und Pula sind nicht weit entfernt und gut zu erreichen. Ein Bootsverleih findet man auch in direkter Nähe am Campingplatz. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern (wenn man ihn brauchte) war zu jederzeit da. So ein Service haben wir selten erlebt. Die Villa Tomko ist sehr empfehlenswert und zur Erholung garantiert. 👍🏼

Würden wir wieder buchen!!!
Herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeber. Haus war sehr sauber und ist gut gepflegt. Das Highlight ist der Pool und die Außenküche welche keine Wünsche übrig lassen. Zu Fuß braucht man über einen direkten eher zugewachsenen Wanderweg ca. 30min zum Strand. Mit dem Auto ist dieser in 5 min zu erreichen. Preis Leistung ist hier top!!
