Beautiful single-family house "Stancija Negri", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Reburići 4 km from the centre of Trget, 8 km from the centre of Labin, in a sunny, elevated position, 4 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 6'000 m2, beautiful garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 28.Apr. - 29.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 9.7 km, pebble beach 4 km. This beautiful house with swimming pool and view of olive trees and mediterranean plants is situated in a small Istrian village just 20 minutes drive from Rabac with beautiful beaches. The owner of this lovely Istrian house is well known olive oil manufacturer whose products you can buy. The house is only a 10 minutes drive from the little historical town Labin known as a city of artists and just one hour drive from the historical town Pula with amphitheater and Brijuni islands.
3-room house 64 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and air conditioning. Exit to the garden, to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (2 hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Marvellous view of the swimming pool and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Das schönste, auch für unseren Hund, war der riesige Garten. Allerdings nicht ganz eingezäunt wie angegeben. Leider fehlten Auflagen für die Liegen draußen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war funktional. Alles war sehr sauber.

Häuschen, Garten, Pool, Areal Top evtl. Verbesserung der Park Möglichkeiten... cooler, netter, zuvorkommender Vermieter, der für alles ein offenes Ohr hat und auch schnell ne Lösung finden kann 👍👍👍

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollen Pool, sehr ruhige Lage. So einen Vermieter hatten wir noch nie, er bekommt 6 von 5 Sternen, der sechste ist von unserer Hündin Gina. Was soll man da noch schreiben, einfach genial.

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt war auch diesmal wieder sehr schön. Alles war super. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem unserem Hund hat das riesige Anwesen gut gefallen. Jeder hat sich wohl gefühlt.

Beautifull quiet place! The house itself is an ancient family house with basic equipment, but it had all we needed. The real treasure is the huge olive garden with the private pool where we spend a lot of time. The owner was very friendly and allways available for questions. He lives in the nearby village Labin and welcomed us with his superb olive oil and wine!
