Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Meerblick vom Balkon. Die Wohnung ist in tadellosem sauberen Zustand übergeben worden. Die Küche verfügt über ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Eine Spülmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Pool ist groß genug, um ein wenig zu schwimmen und sich zu erholen, könnte aber etwas wärmer sein.

Prima Objekt mit Meerblick und Pool

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und liegt in einer Sackgasse oberhalb der Hauptstraße, der Pool ist von 8 bis 20Uhr geöffnet. Der Strand zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, zurück dann bergauf. Die Unterkunft verfügt über alle nötigen Utensilien und bietet viel Platz, für Familien ideal. Die Vermieter wohnen ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück und man kann gegen Gebühr waschen.

Urlaub in idyllischer Umgebung

Wir haben unsere Urlaubstage in dieser Ferienanlage sehr genossen. Wer in Ruhe mal seine Seele baumeln lassen will, ist hier genau richtig. Die großzügig geschnittene Wohnung und der liebevoll angelegte Außenbereich mit Pool sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Unsere Vermieter, Anni und Hans, haben wir als hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich erlebt. Da sie eine Wohnung vor Ort bewohnen, waren sie zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar. Bei Bedarf wäscht Anni für einen kleinen Aufpreis auch mal anfallende Wäsche. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden. Dort gibt es alles, außer frisches Fleisch, zu kaufen. Ansonsten gibt es in Labin (20 min. Autofahrt) verschiedene Supermärkte. Besonders gut ist der SPAR sortiert. Wer gerne einkaufen möchte, wo auch die Einheimischen frisches Obt, Gemüse, Fleisch, Fisch, Brot etc. kaufen, der kann sich von Anni und Hans auch den Weg zur Markthalle in Labin erklären lassen. Der Strand direkt in Ravni hat schöne Plätzchen. Diese sind in der Hochsaison allerdings schnell besetzt. Wer früh aufsteht, wird aber belohnt. Durch den steinigen Untergrund unbedingt Schwimmschuhe anziehen. Wer sich gerne sonnen möchte, liegt am bequemsten auf einem Liegestuhl oder auf einer Isomatte o.ä. Alles in allem ein rundum schöner Urlaub an welchen wir gerne zurückdenken.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Anni & Hans. Unsere Wohnung war super klasse, sehr modern, sauber, komfortabel, mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht - und noch mehr!!! Die Anlage ist super gepflegt, man fühlt sich rundum wohl - und Anni & Hans sind sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder...

Beste FeWo ever - nur zu empfehlen - jederzeit wieder!!!

Wir, 2 Erw. und 2 Ki. (10 und 13 J.) haben bei Anni und Hans 8 Nächte verbracht und fühlten uns dort sehr sehr wohl. Nach unser jahrelangen FeWo-Erfahrung wagen wir uns zu urteilen, dass diese die beste und sauberste Wohnung war, die wir bisher bewohnen durften!!! Satte 95 qm Wohnfläche mit Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, großer Terrasse und super Meerblick! Abgesehen von der bemerkenswerten Sauberkeit war alles sehr hochwertig ausgestattet (Ledercouch, Echtholzmöbel, Villeroy und Boch-Geschirr, großer TV, Gazefenster und Jalousie an jedem Fenster...); die Küche hatte alles, was das Herz begehrt: riesen Kühlschrank mit extra Tiefkühlfach, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, jede Menge Besteck und Geschirr. Auf Anfrage wusch und trocknete Anni sogar die Wäsche (5 EUR pro Maschine). Jede Wohneinheit hatte ihren eigenen Grill. Die Außenanlagen und der Pool waren ebenfalls top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Anni und Hans waren immer sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sprechen gut deutsch. Wir können das Appartement nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort "einchecken"! Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, der Strand war steinig bis felsig, das Bistro am Strand war so la la (unfreundliches Personal) - die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit lag 30 min mit dem Auto entfernt in Labin. Der ortsansässige Tennisplatz war leider, entgegen der vorher gesichteten google-Bilder, kaputt und nicht mehr bespielbar. Wer sich einfach vom Alltagsstress erholen und die Seele baumeln lassen möchte, ist bei Anni und Hans bestens aufgehoben!

Wir, Familie mit 2 Kinder, 9 und 12, haben 10 Tage Badeurlaub in Ravni gemacht. Ferienwohnung ist genau so schön wie die Bilder. Alles Tip Top Sauber. Pool auch super. Die best ausgestattet Ferienwohnung wo wir jemals waren: Spülmaschine, Tabs, Geschirrtücher, Schwamm, Spülmittel, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Sandwichmaker, Kaffeemaschine, Filter, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Klopapier, Haartrockner, Bügeleisen . . . . alles dabei echt super. Strand war schön aber die wo man ein bisschen gehen müss sind noch schöner. 1 Strandbar, 1 Pizzeria und 1 Bistro gibt's direkt in Ravni. Leider hat der kleine Lebensmittelladen zu wenn wir da waren. Sprich zum einkaufen musste man nach Labin fahren, jedes mal 30 Minuten Hinfahrt. Anni und Hans sind sehr freundlich und immer bereit zu helfen.

Super sauberes Appartement, sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeber, toller Pool, Meerblick

Wir hatten eine schöne Badewoche, sehr nette und fürsorgliche Gastgeber, die sehr gut Deutsch sprechen, die Wohnung war blitzblank sauber und modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, der Meerblick und die gesamte Anlage mit 5 Wohnungen entsprechen den Fotos, alles ist wunderschön gepflegt, da merkt man, dass die Gastgeber im Haus wohnen und auch jederzeit ganz unkompliziert und hilfsbereit ansprechbar sind.
