Outdoor shower, terrace (13 m2), barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.1 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 6.6 km, pebble beach 900 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 55 km from the property.
