It was built in 2023 and offers 396 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 827 m2. The nearest pebble beach Sv. marina is 2 km away. This fully air-conditioned villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people in 4 bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor and the remaining three on the upper floor. Two bedrooms have a double bed (200x210 and 180x200) and the remaining two rooms each have two single beds that can be put together to form a double bed (180x200). In addition, all 4 rooms have their own bathroom: 3 with a shower and 1 with a bath. Each room has its own terrace with seating where you can enjoy your morning coffee or read the newspaper. On the ground floor, you have the opportunity to prepare meals for family and friends thanks to the modern and fully equipped kitchen with bar and two bar stools. Right next to the kitchen is a dining room with a dining table, next to which there is a direct exit to the outdoor terrace. The living room is an ideal place for evening gatherings and watching your favourite films or series. It contains a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, stools, a romantic fireplace and a TV. The outdoor terrace offers the best: a view of the Adriatic Sea while you swim in an illuminated pool of 36 m2 and a depth of 1.45 metres. The pool is heated in the early and late season. There are 8 sun loungers on the lawn next to the pool where you can enjoy the sun's rays and rest your body and mind. Of course, there is also outdoor seating and a small table on the terrace. There is also a summer kitchen, an outdoor gas barbecue and an outdoor dining table with seating for 8. From here you can enjoy summer evenings and enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea, the towns of Rijeka and Rabac and the island of Cres. Lovers of a delicious drop of wine will be delighted by the wine cellar, where they can play billiards in good company. Children will also enjoy the games room, where there is a PlayStation 4, and they also have access to Netflix and Disney Plus channels. You can play darts and billiards in the villa. Additional amenities available during your stay include a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. There is also 1 separate toilet, a food dispenser and a cot, which will be a great help when the little ones come on holiday with you.
