"The hotel and room were clean and very nice. However, the hotel is directly across from nightclubs that are noisy until the wee hours (past 4am). The a/c did not work, it blew only warm air which additionally was very irritating to my throat. So we had to open the window, resulting in a very noisy and unpleasant night. The woman at the front desk was completely indifferent- she didn’t really even listen or appreciate what had happened. This was the absolute worst night of our stay in Dublin. And this was a rather pricey hotel! Do not waste your money. I would not recommend this hotel or stay there again."

"Comfy bed but not easy to get into in the dark. Hotel very clean and stagf are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is value for money and great choice. Great base for Dublin as so close to so many of the sights. "
