"This was a scam I paid for 2 weeks and I had to stay one night, the next night I have to find a new place for 13 days. I ask Giovanni for my money back he was very disrespectful over the phone. It is located in the worst area of Ravenna near train station is very dangerous homeless prostitution terrible the whole thing was a nightmare. "We had a wonderful stay. Tim was so helpful, giving us a ground floor room. Everything was just right. Breakfast was a feast and the back garden area was a serene place to eat. The location couldn’t be better as it’s only a six minute walk to two of the UNESCO World Heritage sites."
