The level, grassy yard leads to a small sandy beach with a gradual water entry. Take advantage of the property's swim float, canoe, 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs, and paddle around the charming island right in front of the cottage. For more adventure, bring a boat to explore the coves and islands of Little Sebago, with almost 1900 acres of boatable waterway. The dock can hold up to a 23' boat and the mooring can hold up to a 24' boat. This property is conveniently located near shopping centers, cinemas, and recreational activities, and is just a short drive to Portland and Freeport for even more options.

Awesome vacation!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome vacation on Little Sebago Lake! The property was perfect for our family and the weather was even more perfect! We took advantage of all the amenities! Pickleball, basketball, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, jumping off the dock and a lake side camp fire. Our week went by too fast!
