"We were in Providence for an event at Amica center in February. The Ommi was the PERFECT place as there are walkways that you can take to the wonderful Providence place mall and also to the Amica center. So we did not have to walk outside on a very chilly Feb stay. Staff was wonderful, room was clean, spacious, great amenities. We had the best time!"

The staff was helpful and friendly- would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to others. "Went there just for the night I'm from CT, checked in but didn't go to the room left right back out returned around 9 or so, hallway to room smelled like cat urine, went in with 2 children window were open it was freezing, rust or burn stains on the bathroom floor and toilet, woke to water by the bathroom door, didn't get good sleep didn't feel comfortable, kept lights on incase of bugs, went out in the morning saw a deal happening, got dressed and left"

"The room looks old but clean at check in we had no housekeeping in 3 nights stay not even fresh towels when we asked for a housekeeping they said they will send we come back no one went bad communication in the front desk we hate our stay."
